ABOUT US

Hello, we are avid Bee Keepers, honey producers and Queen Breeders based in Tadley, Hampshire (UK).  Bee Keeping has been our hobby for many years which has steadily grown into a natural curiosity about all things Bee related.  Having previously imported Queens from a variety of countries, with disappointing results, we decided to attempt to breed the Queen that would be perfectly suited to thrive within our local environment.

We started Bee Keeping after being given two hives, from a farmer, that had been left behind by an old Bee Keeper.  As is the addictive nature of Bee Keeping, two soon became four and so on until we now find ourselves running two hundred hives.  Having 200 hives requiring queens means that we need to ensure that the Queens we use are of good quality and suited to the local forage available.
