Honey the way nature intended.  Straight from the hive into the jar.  Delicious, sticky and sweet. A variety of options to choose that reflect where our girls have been foraging over the summer.
 
We now have a very limited stock of honey from our New Forest forage on the Ling Heather.  Heather honey has a full bodied flavour and is uniquely thixotropic, which means is has a thick consistency until it is stirred when it turns to liquid.
